WHY WE STARTED
Marcus didn't start HH Heating & Cooling LLC because it was the easy path. He started it because he knew there was a better way to do things. After 7 years in the industry, he saw firsthand what happens when a company stops caring about the people doing the work and the customers they serve. He wanted to build something different.
That starts with the people. Ashleigh keeps the office running and makes sure every customer is taken care of from the first call. Torie handles marketing and stays connected to the community we serve. Sami keeps everything together as our self-proclaimed chaos manager. In the field, Josh, Blake, and Nathan bring the technical expertise that gets the job done right, and Eric is learning the trade the way it should be taught. Every person on this team was brought on with intention.
We may be a newer company, but our experience, our licenses, and our commitment to doing the job right aren't new. We're your neighbors and that means something to us. Every home and business we enter gets the same care and respect we'd bring to our own.

MARCUS
OWNER & MASTER TECH
Owner and Master HVAC Technician with 7 years of hands-on experience, he built this business on one simple idea: do the job right and take care of your people. He brings real knowledge to every job, from routine maintenance to full system installs. For him, it's never just been about heating and cooling. It's about building trust and keeping every home and business comfortable year-round.
Outside of work, he's all about family. He and his wife Sami are busy raising their two kids, Henry and Jane, along with their two dogs. In his downtime, you'll find him fishing or nerding out over fast cars. He works hard, cares deeply, and it shows in everything this business stands for.
SAMI
CHAOS MANAGER
Operations is just one of the hats she wears around here -- "Chaos Manager" might be the most accurate title we've ever seen. Behind the scenes she's the one keeping the moving pieces in check, supporting the growth and vision of the business, and bringing a marketing-minded perspective that helps push things forward. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in marketing, and it shows in everything she touches.
When she's not juggling schedules and big ideas, you might catch her crafting, baking, or getting lost in a good book. There's also a solid chance she rolls in with their two little tornadoes in tow, which just adds to the energy.
ASHLEIGH
FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Ashleigh is the friendly face you'll see when you walk through our door and the person keeping everything running behind the scenes. As our Front Desk Coordinator, she handles scheduling, answers your questions, and makes sure every client feels welcome from the very first interaction. The whole operation runs smoother because of her.
Outside of work, Ashleigh is creative, laid back, and great at making the most of her downtime. Whether she's crocheting, gaming, or spending time with her dog Lilo, she brings the same care and attention to everything she does. Her organized, positive nature is exactly what this team needed.
TORIE
MARKETING & COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
The creative mind behind our social media and marketing, she's the person making sure our story gets told the right way. She brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for connecting people to the brands they trust. For her it goes beyond just content -- she's passionate about keeping us rooted in the community we serve and making sure our neighbors know we're always just a call away.
Away from work she's a wife and a full-time sports mom, and she wears that title proudly. If she's not cheering at a wrestling tournament you'll find her courtside watching volleyball. At home it's lively with a house full of pets. When she gets a quiet moment you might catch her cross stitching or lost in a good book.
BLAKE
JOURNEYMAN TECH
A journeyman tech with 5 years of experience, he brings an easygoing personality that makes a service call feel a lot less stressful. He shows up, communicates, and gets the job done right. The kind of guy who makes you feel taken care of from start to finish.
At home he's a husband and dad of two, sharing the couch with Murphy the Bernese Mountain Dog and Chewy the Chow Chow, who we're told run the house. When he gets a free moment you'll find him picking up his guitar and making the most of his downtime. We're lucky to have him and our customers are too.
JOSH
JOURNEYMAN TECH
With 11 years in the trade, he's just one of those guys you're glad to have show up at your door. KSHE certified and always straight with you, he takes his work seriously without taking himself too seriously.
After hours he's a husband, dad of three, and dog dad of three more. On a summer weekend you'll find him posted up next to his smoker working on a 12-hour brisket. If that doesn't tell you he's a patient, detail-oriented guy, we don't know what will. Fast cars and Ohio State football round out the rest and we're glad to have him on the crew.
NATHAN
JOURNEYMAN TECH
A journeyman tech with 8 years of experience, he just gets it. He shows up prepared, takes the time to do the job right, and treats every job like it matters because to him it does. As a family man himself, he knows better than anyone how important it is to have someone you can trust walking through your door.
Off the clock he's a husband, a dad, and someone who knows how to live the good life. Fishing, the shooting range, and Buckeyes football are how he spends his weekends. If you ever want to talk Ohio State while he's at your house, just know you might be there a while. Honestly, he's exactly the kind of guy you want on your team.
ERIC
APPRENTICE TECH
Our apprentice and one of the most driven guys on the crew, he comes to every job curious, focused, and ready to learn. He's building something real here and it shows every single day.
At home he's a dad of two who loves giving back. You'll find him coaching football at Raceland High School and Middle School while his fiancée coaches volleyball at Raceland Middle School, so sports are basically a way of life in their house. Throw in a little fishing and you've got a pretty full, well rounded life. He's exactly the kind of person this trade needs more of and we're proud to have him growing with us.
